The second phase of the meeting was crucial for the sole purpose of transitioning the leadership of the organisation which saw the emerging of a new Executive Committee Membership, headed by Mo Sonnie as President, Oretha Collins as Vice President and Roland Kesselly Ballah as Secretary General of ULO-UK
