The second phase of the meeting was crucial for the sole purpose of transitioning the leadership of the organisation which saw the emerging of a new Executive Committee Membership, headed by Mo Sonnie as President, Oretha Collins as Vice President and Roland Kesselly Ballah as Secretary General of ULO-UK

The meeting which was very friendly with great hospitality also brought forth AGM officers headed by Zinna Darkinah as Chair, Alex Collins as Vice Chair, and Eleanor Moore as Secretary General. Other officers not mentioned herein would follow soon.
